Established in the year 2014, from Hambay Construction Company, Hipot Builders LTD is a Construction company specializing in general building construction, renovations and project management. HBL is a member of Hipot Group.

Since inception, HBL has been actively engaged in the development of quality residential housing projects as well as commercial construction developments and have provided these services for both individuals and corporate organizations.

A large cross section of skills amongst HBL employees/consultants results in a construction team that can complete projects on time and within budget without compromising quality standard.

HBL makes use of highly qualified and well trained personnel with academic and technical qualifications. Based on our understanding of the industry, we place significant emphasis on technical competence.

Management Structure

We are flexible in our project management approach which we tailor to suit our clients’ specific requirements. We have a very flat hierarchy with the management being accessible to the construction team and their clients.

A trained Accountant and Project Expert with multi- national experience. He is known for his process change drive and cost management. As Project Business Analyst, he is responsible for the interpretation of accounting policies, cost control and reporting, and other sundry project services; he has managed a number of project successfully.

Tola has extensive Interest in real estate hence his founding HBL and he is also a co-founder of Norvech Investment Limited, a real estate firm. He also sits on the board of Tunsol group of schools and ADOF Foundation, an NGO.

Tola Sodeinde Director

A graduate of Building Technology with over 15 years experience in the Construction Industry. She started her building career with an architectural firm, enhancing her understanding of the architectural designs which put her in a good stead in project delivery.

Prior to her joining HBL she worked at Shell Petroleum. Development Company as a Contract Administrator. She is a founding member of the board and joined the operations team of HBL as the Operations Director in August 2018.

Oluwakemi Bankole Operations Director

Lynus is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Builders (NIOB) and holds a Masters degree in Construction Management. He brings over 10 years of construction experience to the team.

Being an active member of NIOB, he is always pushing for professional excellence in the Construction Industry in general and at HBL in particular.
